Pair of reproduction prints from original chromolithographs by Carlo Pellegrini for 'Men of the Day' noteworthy personages who featured in 1884 in the English weekly periodical Vanity Fair. Carlo Pellegrini signed his caricatures "Ape".
 
These two prints each measure approximately 33 x 19 cm (13 x 7.5 inches). A copy of the editor's humorous text that accompanied the original lithographs, is available if requested at the time of ordering.
