- Placing an Order
Orders can be placed in the following ways:

- Payment
Payment must be received prior to shipment of purchase.
We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
If you prefer to pay by phone, please phone Kathryn at 0412 442 283.
Payment can also be made by Australian cheque or Money Order. Please allow time for postal delivery of this, and then 7 working days for clearance of cheques, prior to shipment of order.
Postage of cheque or money order should be made to Glenebon Pty Ltd at P.O. Box 539 Mudgeeraba QLD 4213 Australia.
- Special Orders
Our antique maps are of most regions of the world from 17th century to 19th century.
Antique prints represent most subjects.
Although we have thousands of items on our website, it is a small proportion of our stock. If you have a specific interest, or are searching for a special gift, please contact us so that we can find appropriate items to scan and list for your consideration.
By prior appointment you can visit the Antique Print Clubhouse at Neranwood in the hills behind the Gold Coast, 1 hour south of Brisbane CBD in Australia. As we have a large inventory it would be helpful if you could pre-advise your area of interest.

- Trade Orders
Information of your requirements enables us to provide the best possible service.
Special discounts are given for quantity purchases - for commercial constructions and for artwork being resold.
For multiple items from Heritage Editions prints and maps we offer very generous discounts.
- Shipment/Delivery
We wrap all maps and prints in acid-free tissue and package carefully for safe shipment by Australia Post and Australian International Post by airmail. Purchases made from an Australian IP will include the addition of GST for shipments.
Insurance, Registered shipment, Overnight Express, Pack & Send, or other shipment methods are available. Cost of special shipment arrangements, and the shipment of framed pictures and books, will vary from website quoted price, depending on your requested mode of delivery, so please contact us prior to payment: sales@antiqueprintclub.com or phone +61 (0)412 442 283.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order and payment. If payment is made by cheque, allow at least 7 working days for clearance of cheque before shipment.
Delivery time overseas usually takes around 2 weeks days - sometimes longer depending on destination and time of year. Within Australia postage time depends on destination and method of delivery. Australlia Post delivery times are available.
There may be circumstances outside our control that may affect delivery times; eg transport delays, industrial strikes, inclement weather.. We do our best. Please let us know if your purchase is for a specific event (e.g. birthday).
- Cancelled Orders
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Orders in the course of transit can be cancelled, but delivery costs will be deducted, and refund will be made after item is returned and received in good order.
We guarantee our descriptions are as correct as we are able to provide. If you are not happy, please contact us.
Returns with credit towards alternative purchase are available under certain circumstances.
- Secrecy
We do not, under any circumstances, give, sell or in any way make available to third parties, our customers' personal details.
- E-mail Replies
Whilst we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible.
We do our best to answer as soon as possible.

- Exchange Policy
If Heritage Editions (reproduction) prints or maps are damaged during transit, they will be exchanged for other prints or maps of the same item, if available, as soon as is practicable.
If any other purchase arrives damaged, we will endeavour to provide a replacement. If it cannot be replaced because the same item is not available, a refund will be given - after the damaged print or map is returned and received, safely packaged (preferably with original packaging), accompanied by original receipt. Customers will be notified regarding delivery of any replacement.
If you have inadvertently selected the wrong item.. or in the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong item.. or if you would like us consider an exchange of a purchase item for another, please contact us.
