- Placing an Order
Orders Orders can be placed in the following ways:
By using our Shopping Cart system, and submitting your payment for safe on-line transmission by PayPal.

- Payment
Payment must be received prior to shipment of purchase.
We accept Paypal automatically through the website; and Mastercard or Visa by prior arrangement.

- Special Orders
Our antique maps are of most regions of the world from 17th to 19th century, and antique prints represent most subjects.
Although we have thousands of items on our website, it is a small portion of our stock. If you have a specific interest, or are searching for a special gift, please contact us so that we can locate appropriate items to scan and list for your consideration.
By prior appointment you can visit the Antique Print Club at Neranwood in the hills above Springbrook Road -
1 hour south of Brisbane or 1 hour north of Byron Bay in Australia. As we have a large inventory it would be helpful if you could pre-advise your subject(s) of interest.

- Trade Orders
Information of your requirements enables us to provide the best possible service. (Confidentiality is guaranteed.)
Special discounts are given for quantity purchases, for commercial ventures and for artwork being resold.

- Shipment/Delivery
This website automatically generates a local shipment charge. Overseas destinations and fragile or heavy items may accrue an additional shipment charge.
We wrap all unframed purchases in acid-free tissue, and package carefully for safe shipment by Australia Post and Australia International Post - unless alternative arrangements are requested.
Insurance, Registered or Express Shipment, Pack & Send, DHL and other courier shipment methods are available on request. Additional cost will be payable prior to dispatch.
Cost of extra weight for books, and packaging for safe shipment (particularly with framed and glazed artwork) will always be additional to website quoted price, and will vary with individual requirement of each shipment.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order and payment.
Overseas delivery is variable - particularly with variable flight times since Covid.
Please advise if your purchase is for a specific event, or required by a specific time. We do our best, but transport is out of our control. Tracking information is supplied where possible.
- Cancelled Orders
Orders can only be cancelled with full refund and no further charges if the item has not yet been dispatched.
Orders in the course of transit can be cancelled, but delivery costs will be deducted. Payment for an item will be refunded after the item is returned and received in good order.

Safe returns with credit towards alternative purchase are available under certain circumstances.
- Secrecy

We do not under any circumstances allow our customers' personal details to be made available to others -unless with prior permission.
- E-mail Replies
While we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible.
We do our best to answer as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a timely reply, we suggest you resend - or phone +61 (0)412 442 283.
- Exchange Policy
If Heritage Editions reproduction prints or maps should be damaged during transit, they will be exchanged for other prints or maps of the same item, if available, as soon as is practicable.
If any other purchase arrives damaged, we will endeavour to locate a replacement. If a similar item is not available, a refund with be given after the damaged item is returned and received, safely packaged (preferably including the original packaging), accompanied by the original receipt or a copy thereof. As soon as it is available, the buyer will be advised of the delivery information of any replacement item.
