Original steel engraving by R. Brandard from a sketch on the spot by W.H. Bartlett, for "The Ports, Harbours, Watering-Places and Coast Scenery of Great Britain", for William Finden (1787-1852), and Edward Finden (1791-1857). London: Published for the Proprietors by George Virtue circa 1842. Later fine hand-colour. 

The page is in clean condition except for foxing and slight age-discolouration along the top of the page. Approximate measurement: image, 120 x 180mm (4.3/4 x 7.1/8 inches), and page, 205 x 275mm (8.1/8 x 10.7/8 inches).
