Original colour-printed lithograph by Brumby and Clarke lithographers of Hull, after a drawing by a prominent member of the Victorian natural history scene, Frederick W. Frohawk (1861-1946), who was an English artist - mainly of birds and insects. This brightly-coloured lithograph was printed in colour and published in London circa 1896 for Foreign Finches in Captivity by Arthur G. Butler.
