Fine copperplate engraving by I. Reading for Zoological Lectures delivered at the Royal Institution by George Shaw, M.D. F.R.S. &c... from the first Authorities and most select specimens published by George Kearsley c1801 with later colour.

Page size 140 x 230mm (5.5 x 9 inches). This wonderful little engraving has been mounted between 'antique white' ragmat board, decorated with complimentary gold and red lines around the window, and covered with cellophane for presentation and protective handling, until framed. Image window is approx.130 x 205mm (8 1/4 x 5 1/8 inches). External measurement for frame window is 260 x 332mm (10 1/8 x 13 inches).
