British Territory fully tinted, Native States are encircled with other colours, French Possessions underlined, Portuguese Possessions, Goa, Boundaries of Districts, Madras (Government), Bombay (Government), Coorg (under Gov. General).

This decorative antique map focuses on the Madras Presidency, with Myasore and Carnatic (Karnataka). Geography is highlighted by hachures for mountain ranges. Published in London circa 1887.

Aged paper, with foxing spot at top and slight damage along the lower edge of the page. Otherwise this map is in good condition. Page measures 360 x 435mm (14 1/8 x 17 1/8 inches). The page is complete, with large margins around the border, as issued.
