Boundary of Districts outlined in red, Tributary States are encircled with the colour of the Governorment to which they belong. Bengal (Lieutenant-Governorship), Madras (Governorship), Central Provinces (Chief Commissioner), Hydrabad (Nizam's), and British Territory full tinted.

This decorative antique map focuses on the Madras Presidency, with Myasore and Carnatic (Karnataka). Geography is highlighted by hachures for mountain ranges. Published in London circa 1887.

Age-discoloured paper, but otherwise this map is in good condition. Page measures 360 x 435mm (14 1/8 x 17 1/8 inches). The page is complete, with large margins around the border, as issued.
