Mr George Glennie, Royal Blackheath Golf Club champion, c1890. Blackheath Golf Club's finest golfer, the George Glennie Medal was struck in 1891, and an annual golf competition has been played for it each year since.

Original photogravure from The Badminton Library of Sports and Pastimes (for British Aristocracy) published in London c.1890 (with later hand-colour).

Badminton was the name of the great venue of British sports, the Duke of Beaufort's Badminton Estate in Gloucestershire.

In good condition, this small page measures 18.5 x 13cm (7 3/8 x 5 inches). This antique print has been mounted between 'antique white' conservation ragmat boards and cellophaned for presentation and protection until framed. External measurement for framing is 225 x 210mm (8 7/8 x 8 1/4 inches).
