We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. Payment can also be made by Australian cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque it should be made out to our company GLENEBON Pty Ltd. Please allow 7 working days for clearance of cheques, prior to shipment of order.
Antique Maps and Prints: Our antique maps are of most regions of the world from 17th century on. Antique prints represent most subjects. Although we have thousands of items on our website, it is a small proportion of our stock. If you have a specific interest, or are searching for a special gift, please contact us so that we can look for appropriate items to scan and list for your consideration.
By prior appointment you can visit the Antique Print Club-House at Neranwood in the hills behind the Gold Coast, 1 hour south of Brisbane CBD in Australia - but it would still be helpful if, prior to arrival, you could advise your area of interest.
Information of your requirements enables us to provide the best possible service.
Special discounts are given for quantity purchases - for commercial constructions and for artwork being resold.
For multiple items from Heritage Editions prints and maps we offer very generous discounts.
We wrap all maps and prints in acid-free tissue and package carefully for safe shipment by Australia Post and Australian International Post by airmail.
Special shipment can be arranged with prior request; e.g. Insured or Registered shipment, Overnight Express, UPS or FEDEX. Cost of special shipment arrangements, and the shipment of framed pictures and books, will vary from quoted price - depending on your requested mode of delivery, and will include the addition of GST for shipments within Australia. We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order and payment. When payment is made by cheque, allow at least 7 working days for clearance of cheque before shipment.
Delivery time overseas usually takes around to 10 days - sometimes longer depending on destination and time of year. Within Australia postage can be up to 4 days (W.A. sometimes longer). Delivery times are estimates based on current results. There may be circumstances outside our control that may affect these delivery times; eg transport delays, industrial strikes, inclement weather.. We do our best. Please let us know if your purchase is for a specific event (e.g. birthday).
Special arrangements can sometimes be made for personal collection. Please enquire.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Orders in the course of transit cannot be cancelled.
We guarantee our descriptions are as correct as we are able to provide. If you are not happy, please contact us. Returns are certainly available under certain circumstances.

We do not, under any circumstances, give, sell or in any way make available to third parties, our customers' personal details.
Whilst we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible. We do our best to answer as soon as possible. If you do not receive a reply, we suggest you resend.
If Heritage Editions (reproduction) prints or maps are damaged during transit, they will be exchanged for other prints or maps of the same item, if available, as soon as is practicable.
If any other purchase arrives damaged, we will endeavour to provide a replacement. If it cannot be replaced because the same item is not available, a refund will be given - after the damaged print or map is returned within 14 days, in its original packaging, accompanied by original receipt. Customers will be notified regarding delivery of any replacement.
If you have inadvertently selected the wrong item.. or in the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong item.. or if you would like us consider an exchange of a purchase item for another, please contact us.
