Levaillant Crimson Parakeet, Eos Squamata from West Papua and Indonesia. (Some of this species of bird have distinct purple around back of neck and under tail.)

Reproduction from a hand-coloured stipple engraving of a beautiful crimson parrot by the important 19th century natural history artist, Jacques Barraband (1767-1809) for Francois Levaillant's magnificent Histoire Naturelle des Perroquets (Natural History of Parakeets) published in Paris circa 1805.
