Heritage Editions reproduction printed from a hand-coloured wood engraving by A. Irwin after a drawing by New York topographical artist Frederick B. Schell (1838-1905), from his travels around Australia between 1884 and 1888. At the age of 29, Schell was appointed the task of selecting the illustrations for Picturesque Atlas of Australasia published in Sydney from 1886 to 1888 to commemorate 100 years of settlement since the arrival of the First Fleet in Australia in 1788.

The size of this view is  16 x 28cm (6.5 x 11 inches).
