"This is to certify that John Oxley Esquire, Surveyor-General is entitled to hold to him, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns....5 Subscriber's Shares of 100 pounds each of and in the Capital Stock standing in the Books of the Australian Agricultural Company; established under and by virtue of an Act of Parliament passed in the fifth year of the Reign of King George the fourth. Incorporated by His Majesty's Royal Charter. Witness the Common Seal of the said Corporation the 27th day of November 1824 - By Order of the Court of Directors - Five Shares
Capital of the Company 1,000,000 pounds in Shares of 100 pounds each.
