Original woodcut from a sketch for the Punch Library of Humour published in London c1910 with later hand-tinting. Mr Punch's Golf Stories 'Told by His Merry Men' were intended as after-dinner stories. 

In good condition, this small page measures 18.5 x 13cm (7 3/8 x 5 inches). It is mounted between antique-whte conservation ragmat, and covered with cellophane for protection, ready for framing. The image window measures 108 x 140mm (4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches). The external mount for frame is 225 x 260mm (9 x 10 1/4 inches).
