Original copperplate, grandly embellished by decorative borders and vignette with coat of arms below, engraved by T.Trotter after the painting by Cornelius Jansen, in the Inner Temple in London. Published in London by T. Cadell circa 1793 for William Blackstone’s “Commentaries of the Laws of England, the improvement of which have distinguished the reign of Her Majesty’s Most Royal Consort”.

This is a lovely 18th century engraving with fine later hand-colour.
