Fine Antique Print of the Grand Bridge at Bromislaw in Glasgow, Scotland, c1840

Superb original topographical engraving after a view drawn on the spot by William Bartlett for "The Ports, Harbours, Watering-Places and Coast Scenery of Great Britain" for William Finden (1787-1852), and Edward Finden (1791-1857). Published in London for the Proprietors by George Virtue circa 1840.

This lovely antique print has later fine hand-colour. The engraving has full margins of over 4cm (1.5 inches) all round. Image size is 123 x 185mm (8 x 10.5 inches). Page size is approximately 210 x 275mm. (8 x 10.5 inches).
