Original wood engraving by W. Miller after the drawing by Julian Rossi Ashton for Picturesque Atlas of Australasia, published between 1886 and 1888 to commemorate one hundred years since settlement of the First Fleet at Port Jackson.

This small engraving was printed within a page of text. It has been mounted between 'antique white' conservation rag matt, and covered with cellophane for presentation and protection. Window size is 105 x 130mm (4 1/8 x 5 1/8 inches). The external size of mount, for framing, is 235 x 260mm (9 1/4 x 10 1/4 inches).
