Original wood engraving after a sketch by William Hatherall (1855-1928) for “Cassell’s Picturesque Australia” published in Melbourne circa 1889 by educational reformer, Professor of English at Melbourne University, Edward Ellis Morris, M.A., Litt.D. (1843-1902).

This is a rare antique engraving of Australian bushrangers. The page measures 26 x 19cm (10.25 x 7.5 inches), with the image 20 x 14.5cm (8 x 5.75 inches).
