Original illustration by L.L. Weedon (with later hand-colour). Published circa 1910 for L.L. Weedon and Clifton Bingham's The Little People's Book of Fun printed in London by Ernest Nister. German publisher, Ernest Nister, printed lithographic books, first in Germany and then in London from 1888. Around the turn of the century he specialized in high quality printing for children's books.

This charming antique print has been mounted in 'antique white' ragmat conservation board and covered with cellophane for presentation and protection until framed. The external mount size is 9 1/2 x 11 7/8 inches (approx. 24 x 30cm).
