Published in London between 1860 and 1876. 80 small fern steel engravings were engraved on 4 separate pages, with 20 small botanical images on each page, each with contemporary hand-colour.

In fine condition, the page measures 245 x 160mm (9 5/8 x 6 3/8 inches).
