This fine falcon has wonderful markings .

Original copperplate engraving by Thomas Jefferys, printed on hand-laid paper and published in London c1763 (with later hand-color). This is an interesting perspective on what was important so long ago.

Minor age toning is to be expected when over 260 years old, also a little soiling... 8 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches (21 x 13.5cm)
