Original copperplate engraving by the famous engraver and cartographer Pierre Van Der Aa (1659-1733) for "Estates of Great Britain and Ireland" published in London circa 1727 by James Beeverell.
This lovely old engraving has faded hand-colour, which certainly adds to its appealing quality.
The size is 5.5 x 7 inches or 14 x 18cm, with vertical folds for publication in a pocket edition.
This engraving is currently mounted in antique white acidfree boards and cellophaned. The mounted size is 11.5 x 13 inches or 29 x 33cm
