Beautiful colour and fashion, and heavily carved architecture.

Lady and her swashbuckling son(?) with his puppy on a leash Original lithograph printed in colour and finished by hand, after architectural draughtsman Joseph Nash (born Buckinghamshire 1809-died Kensington 1878). for “The Mansions of England in the Olden Times” published in London 1839-1849 by Thoomas McLean (British, 1788-1875, and printed by Charles Joseph Hullmandel (London, 1789-1850). Joseph Nash studied with the artist and architect, Augustus Charles Pugin.

This is a large print, and the image only just fitted on the scanner. The lithograph is in fine condition, printed on thick soft paper, with large margins all round as published, but there is slight damage to the paper. If you would like further images please email.
