Richard Polydore Nodder (1774-1823) was artist to King George III. The scientific accuracy, depth of tone, and quality of Nodder engravings has always been appreciated. It is particularly difficult to locate antique prints of Australian insects.

This engraving is in fine condition. Approximate size is 23 x 13cm (9 x 5 inches).
