Original hand-coloured lithograph, drawn and lithographed by Jacques Christophe Werner (1798-1856). Lithograph printed by Pierre Langlumé (1790-1830) . Published in Paris c.1840 to illustrate the latest discoveries from voyages around the world. This is a lovely early antique print of a member of the Australian kangaroo family.

Unfortunately the page has been cropped and there are paper imperfections. Paper size is now 30 x 31cm. Image size including title is 160 x 185mm.
