Original steel engraved map cartographers and geographers C.V. Monin and A-R Fremin for their Atlas Universel de Géographie Ancienne et Moderne (Universal Atlas of Ancient and Moderne Geography), published by Binet at Chez Binet, Rue Aubry-le-Boucher, 34 circa 1835 (with later hand-colour).

This map is in very good condition except for pencil markings in lower left corner of the margin. These should be masked by framing. Page measures 310 x 250mm (12 1/4 x 9 7/8 inches). To map border measures 250 x 297mm (9 7/8 x 11 7/8 inches )
