Please note our Returns Policy:
If Heritage Editions reproduction prints or Limited Edition maps with item number prefix HE are damaged, they will be exchanged
for undamaged prints/maps of the same, if available, as soon as
practical - providing the damaged prints/maps are returned immediately in their original packaging, accompanied by
original receipt.
If other Heritage Editions prints or maps should be damaged, and are not available for replacement, payment will be refunded - providing the damaged prints/maps are returned immediately in their original packaging, accompanied by
original receipt.
If an antique map or antique print is damaged and cannot be
replaced, a refund will be given - providing the damaged prints/maps are returned immediately in their original packaging, accompanied by
original receipt.
Return postage to us is to be paid by the customer.
Customers will be notified regarding dispatch of any
replacement.
Of course any mistakes on our part will be at our expense.
