Placing an Order
|
Orders can be placed in the following ways:
By using our shopping cart system and submitting your credit card number for safe on-line transmission. By email, fax or telephoning our store and giving all relevant particulars:

Payment

We accept credit cards - Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa. Payment can also be made by cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque it MUST be made out to our company GLENEBON Pty Ltd. Allow 7 working days for clearance of cheques. |
Special Orders.

Antique Maps and Prints: Whilst we endeavour to cover most regions and subjects, if you have a special requirement, we can try to source further images for you. This usually takes some time and we can't make any promises. Please supply as much information, and give as much time as possible.

Special Terms are arranged for quantity purchases. Please email with information of project requirements.

Delivery Times
|
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of order. In the case of International Shipping, all orders are sent "Airmail" postage. Normal delivery takes about 10 days to U.S.A., 8 days to U.K., 5 days to Asia and New Zealand. Within Australia 2-4 days, although WA sometimes longer. UPS or FEDEX are available or request.
When payment is made by cheque, allow at least 3 working days for clearance before orders are sent. Delivery times given above are estimates based on current results. There may be circumstances outside our control that may affect these delivery times; eg transport delays, industrial strikes, inclement weather. Such is life..

Cancelled Orders
|
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Orders in the course of transit cannot be cancelled.

Credit Card Payments
|
All credit card transactions will be actioned prior to goods being dispatched. |
Secrecy
|
We do not, under any circumstances, give, sell or in any way make available to third parties, our customers' personal details. |
E-mail Replies
|
Whilst we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible. However, we will do our best to answer as soon as possible. |
Exchange Policy
|
In the case of Decorator Art, damaged prints/maps will be exchanged for undamaged prints/maps of the same, if available, as soon as practical. If an antiquarian print/map arrives damaged and cannot be replaced, a refund will be given, providing the damaged print/map is returned within 14 days, in its original packaging accompanied by original receipt. Customers will be notified regarding delivery of any replacement.
Of course any mistakes on our part will be at our expense. |
