Original (hand-coloured) copperplate engraving for the 'Journal of a Voyage to New South Wales' by keen amateur naturalist and Surgeon-General of the First Fleet and Settlement, John White, published in London  by J. Debrett circa 1790. The Journal was published in black and white, this engraving has early colouring.
