From the rare collection of (hand-coloured) copperplate engravings published for  “Zoological Lectures” delivered at the Royal Institution in London by George Shaw. Published by George Kearsley.  These images were engraved by the famous Mr Griffiths and his assistants. Whilst they were published in black & white this image has later hand colouring.

The size of each image is 9” x 5” or( 23 x 13cm)
