'Tipped in' along the top, to a loose piece of paper of the date.

Size of watercolour is 22cm x 33cm (8.5/8 x 13 inches). Backing board (in case anyone can identify ?) measures 29cm x 45cm (11.1/2 x 17.3/4 inches).
