An interesting map of Asia showing the spread of Buddhism over the states, and the distribution of the predominant Buddhist races of this region.

Original lithographic map published in Glogau (now in Poland) for the "World Atlas" by Carl Flemming, with regional colour from the time of publication. Flemming established an important German publishing house in both Berlin and Glogau.

This map is rather badly foxed, slightly watermarked along the lower edge, and has slight da,age to the extremities of the page. It has been priced accordingly.
