Reproduction from hand-coloured copperplate engravings of fruit with title on ribbons, floating above a regional landscape for Nurnbergischer Hesperides, originally published in Nuremberg between 1708 and 1714 by the noted horticulturist Johann Christoph Volckamer (1644-1720).

These are unusual and striking images from the 18th century, promoting the fruit and estates in the region where they came from. Johann Volckamer published them in Nuremberg between 1708 and 1714.

Size of each of these prints is approximately 32 x 20cm (12.5 x 8 inches)
