Antique Print of Shakespeare Head, New Zealand with ship moored, c1888.

Original wood engraving circa 1888 (with later fine hand-colour), for "Picturesque Atlas of Australasia" which was published to commemorate one hundred years of settlement and development in Australia and the surrounding regions.

This engraving is already mounted in antique white acid-free conservation boards, ready for framing, and cellophaned for protection. The print is in good condition. The distortion of engraved lines in this image is caused by the scanner.

Size of image is 7 x 7 inches or 18 x 18cm. Mounted size is 12 x 12 inches or 31 x 31cm.
