Antique print of the Remarkables in New Zealand c1888.

Original beautiful wood engraving circa 1888 (with later fine hand-colour), for Picturesque Atlas of Australasia which was published to commemorate one hundred years of settlement and development in Australia and the surrounding regions.

This engraving is already mounted in antique white acid-free conservation boards, ready for framing, and cellophaned for protection. The print is in good condition. Any distortion in this image is caused by the scanner.

Size of image is 11.5 x 7.5 inches or 29 x 19cm. External mounted size is 16.5 x 12.5 inches or 42 x 32cm.
