Lovely antique print of English seaside resort of Brighton c1837 - people with binoculars, and in Victorian clothes, socializing, while below at the water's edge there are water wagons, and there are people walking on the sand.

The page has a few paint marks towards the bottom at the right, from the later hand-tinting with watercolour. Price has been reduced. Approximate measurement: engraved image, 160 x 130 mm (6.1/4 x 5.1/8 inches), and page (slightly cropped), 270 x 205 mm (10.5/8 x 8 inches).
